"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office. I have been insured by State Farm for over 20 years and have always come to Patrick Cloyd’s location. The staff is phenomenal. They are always helpful and patient. Whenever I have been in an accident they have always asked if I’m ok first before getting to business. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but sometimes it’s the little things matter. They even have tried to find ways to save me money. They are always right on top of things too. I use them for both my auto and home owners insurance, and have had to make claims for both. The staff at the office always assures that things went smoothly. A special kudos to Liz and Kat (and another girl - I can’t remember her name) - great job."

"This location is amazing. I have spent most of my time speaking with Kat. She has helped me pick my first homeowner's insurance and get a multipolicy discount that saved me almost $35 on my 2 cars. They really go out of their way to get you the best deal. If you end up speaking to Kat, you are in fantastic hands. She really worked to make it as easy as possible."
